Client: European Environment Agency (EEA)

Ace & Ace developed and produced 30+ films for European Environment Agency placed in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The Wonderbag Story is a story from the TV-series called “Environmental Atlas of Europe” showcasing the Wonderbag, which is the award winning non-electric portable slow cooker from South Africa.

The heat retention bag continues to cook food which has been brought to the boil by conventional methods for up to 12 hours without the use of additional electricity or fuel thus saving on energy and CO2 emissions.

As there is no fuel needed, the Wonderbag is great for feeding all your outdoor adventures, such as Hiking & Camping, Fishing & Boating, Tailgating, Beach Days – but also at everyday social events in and out of the home.

In Africa it has freed women from countless of hours over a polluting wood stove or kerosene fuel cooking setup, plus saving them valuable time and money from collecting firewood or fuel for their kitchens.

The Environmental Atlas of Europe is a UNEP-EEA-ESA joint project showcasing communities responding to environmental change across Europe. The films present a series of inspirational stories on how people are responding to climate change and in so doing, transforming their lives for a more sustainable future.
